Gyudon

A traditional Japanese Gyudon dish is thinly sliced beef with onions, over rice. This is actually one of my favorite dishes to get whenever I go to a Japanese restaurant! So, when I visited the Asian market this weekend, I found a frozen version! Cooking this meal was very fun because the box actually becomes a bowl stand/holder. This meal cooks for three minutes and stands for two. And I have got to say… it was delicious! It tasted just as sweet as the traditional Gyudon dish. My only alteration would be to add an egg and more meat. Delish!
